Shipping policy

Rum Creek Soap Company ships domestically via USPS and UPS. Standard processing is 5–10 business days and is separate from transit time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day. No weekend processing. Tracking is provided within 24 hours of label generation.
